How to make product recommendations appear on the shopping cart page?

If no recommendations appear on the shopping cart page, first check the module settings and the products available for recommendations.

Open Settings in the module configuration, enable Display cross-selling on cart pages and save.
Set up at least one recommendation source: accessories associated with products in the cart, products often purchased together, or a list of compulsory products. Purchase-based recommendations require valid orders containing products from the cart within the configured period.
Check that at least one suggested product is active in the shop, available for order and visible in the catalogue. If stock management is enabled, it must also be in stock or available for ordering when out of stock. Catalogue access permissions also apply.
If Display products that are already in the cart is disabled, products already in the cart are removed from recommendations, including compulsory products.
Under Product appearance, keep at least one element visible: image, title, price, add-to-cart button or availability message. The module does not display a block when the final selection is empty or all these elements are hidden.

If these checks do not resolve the issue, ask your integrator to check the displayShoppingCartFooter hook: the module must be attached to it and the theme must call it on the shopping cart page. The exact location depends on the theme; its developer or your integrator can adapt this integration if needed.
