Is Advanced Pack 5 compatible with my management system like ERP?

Technically speaking, when ordering a product of type "pack", the module creates in the ps_order_detail table as many entries as products included in the pack, as if these products had been added individually in the same cart.

The ps_ prefix is an example: use your store’s prefix. These lines allow a tool that imports PrestaShop orders to retrieve the ordered products and quantities. This FAQ explains how they are stored. Compatibility still depends on the data your ERP connector expects and how it processes that data.

Before using it for pack orders, check with the connector provider that it supports the products, combinations and customizations you sell. Have a representative order checked, including the imported references, quantities and amounts. This behavior does not guarantee compatibility with every connector or rule out the need for adaptation.
