Why do I have problems displaying certain icons?
If the “+” sign between pack products, an availability icon or another icon appears as a square, ask the person managing your theme to check that its fonts and styles load correctly.
The module uses Material Icons, among other resources. For the “+” separators, its styles also specify the fallback font ap5-mu, supplied in the module’s views/fonts folder. A theme without Material Icons is therefore not, by itself, a sufficient explanation.
- Check that the module’s stylesheets and the font files they reference load without errors, and that a theme rule does not replace the icon’s font.
- If the theme does not supply Material Icons, your integrator can load it or host it locally by following Google’s official documentation.
- If your theme uses another icon set, your integrator can adapt the styles or override the relevant template in the theme, keeping the module’s original files intact.
The correction depends on the theme and the affected icon. Check the result on the pack page and in the blocks where the icon appears.
