Why the Apple Pay button is not displayed ?

Apple Pay lets your customers make purchases on your store easily and securely.

Start by checking the button with Safari on a compatible Apple device set up for Apple Pay. The module also allows compatible iOS browsers, but excludes Chrome on macOS. General Apple Pay compatibility alone therefore does not guarantee that the button will appear on your store. See Apple’s list of compatible devices.

Next, check that the module is enabled, the store uses HTTPS and the Stripe configuration reports no error. In the “Display settings” tab, enable display for the relevant page: product page, product list or cart. Catalog mode, an unavailable product, insufficient stock or a cart with a zero total may prevent the button from appearing. To set up the keys and payment mode, see Stripe setup and domain verification. For button locations, see the display settings.

For physical products, check that at least one carrier is allowed for Apple Pay. See carrier restrictions and the conditions for pick-up point delivery. If the button is still missing, follow the JavaScript error detection procedure and send the result to support.

Also check that your country and bank support Apple Pay. Apple maintains the list of countries and regions where Apple Pay is available; check with your bank about your card.
