How can I insert content from a module or widget?

This feature is provided on an experimental basis for users with technical knowledge. Technical support does not cover the implementation of these shortcodes.

The generator does not create these shortcodes: type them directly into a text field supported by the module, where you want the content to appear.

To call a module’s display hook, adapt its technical name and hook to your use case:

[module name=ps_imageslider hook=displayHome]

The called module must be installed and able to run on that display hook. Additional parameters expected by that module can be added as parameter=value; their names and purpose depend on the called module.

For a module that supports widget rendering, use:

[widget name=ps_imageslider hook=displayHome]

These examples use the ps_imageslider image slider module. Choose a module and rendering method that suit your needs, then save the page and check the result in your shop. If the content cannot be generated, the module may display [SHORTCODE_ERROR].
